Currently, this service is only available within the Canterbury-Bankstown local government area. If you are located nearby but outside this zone, please contact us to discuss bulk pickup options instead.
No. The $50 is a fully refundable deposit, not an ongoing cost. We hold it while you use the service, and it is returned to you in full if you ever decide to cancel and return the bin in good condition.
After collection, your containers are counted at our depot. Your full 10c refund is then sent via electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly to your nominated bank account or your chosen charity.
Our collection service is on-demand when your bin is full. Once you notify us via text, we'll schedule your pickup for the coming week. We always send a reminder SMS the day before to ensure your bin is accessible for our drivers.
Please leave your bin at the front of your property, such as your driveway or near the front gate, rather than on the kerbside. This keeps the bin secure on your land until our team arrives for collection.
Only eligible Return and Earn (CDS) containers should go in your bin. We cannot accept plain milk cartons, wine or spirit bottles, glass jars, or general household waste. If it doesn't have the 10c symbol, please keep it out!
