Is there a minimum number of containers for a pickup?
For our standard free pickup service, we require a minimum of 500 eligible containers.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Scheduling is easy! Simply call our team directly on 0414 500 589 to book a time or fill out our online contact form. We’ll coordinate a pickup day that works for you, and we even offer collections 7 days a week.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service the Canterbury-Bankstown area. However, for large bulk volumes (500+ containers), we may be able to service surrounding suburbs. Please call us to confirm if we can reach your location.
Do I need to sort my containers before you arrive?
No sorting is required! As long as your containers are eligible 10c items, you can bag them all together. Our depot has the equipment to sort and process everything accurately for you.
How do I get my refund?
After collection, your containers are counted at our depot. Your full 10c refund is then sent via electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly to your nominated bank account or chosen charity.
Is pick-up available on weekends?
Absolutely. We offer full pickup services seven days a week, making it easy to clear your recycling over the weekend without the stress.
